Upload files through any website "file browse" button

Want to be able to upload a resume that I have saved on my iPad to an online job site or upload photos to Facebook through their file uploaded. This way I can store all my files on my iPad and upload them to any website that asks for you to browse your desktop for your files. Can't find any app that does it. You could be a revolutionary first.

Would be a lot easier to set up an instructions procedures to go by.

Great idea but it would be very difficult. Apple does not allow any access to the file system. It may be possible but would be a considerable effort.
