Password reset doesn't work
I'm trying to login, you don't accept my current password/login combination so I've tried to reset it three times. I follow the password reset link emailed to me, but when I enter my new password and click the Update button nothing happens, the password reset page just redraws still showing my entered password. How can I login to my account?
Update: Should be working now.
We found the problem. We recently added a “username” field that is now mandatory for everyone and we found today that if it is empty then the password reset does not work.
This is affecting all the users that signed up before the username requirement was in place.
We are going to give everyone who this is affecting a temp username on monday.
