          This is a bug in the webOS operating system versions 1.×.×. It affects all apps, not only GoAruna. It is fixed in webOS 2.x and higher and once you upgrade your palm photo app will be able to see all your GoAruna images.

                Update: Fixed. Your files should be back now.

                After the bug is fixed, your files will come back, they are still on the sever just not showing due to a bug in the Palm webOS client. It should be fixed in a few days, we will report back here when it is fixed.

                  Update: Should be working now.

                  We found the problem. We recently added a “username” field that is now mandatory for everyone and we found today that if it is empty then the password reset does not work.

                  This is affecting all the users that signed up before the username requirement was in place.

                  We are going to give everyone who this is affecting a temp username on monday.

                    We just added Upload by Email, and web downloads (download by URL and browse to download)

                    We have two more ways of getting files to your GoAruna files iPad app coming VERY soon. Development is completed and we are testing now. We hope to have these new features by next week, the week of May 3, 2010.
